FAQ

1) What are your prices for graphic design work?

Because each project differs in the time involved and the work required, prices vary as well. Contact me for a detailed estimate.

2) Can you just email me the digital graphic and allow me to print my own transfers, gift bags, or other project?

Sometimes. Under the copyright agreement with the site that provides some of my graphics, I may not sell them in their digital form, only on finished products. However, if a project uses only graphics that I have created, I may be able to work out an agreement to sell you the digital graphic instead of the finished item.

3) How much time in advance should I place my order?

T-shirts typically take a week to finish. Grab bags only take a couple days. All other projects vary based on the work involved. Also, leave at least a week for shipping, though it typically takes less time. To be on the safe side, order at least 2-3 weeks before the item is needed.

4) What size pictures should I send?

I have DSL so I can receive large files. Typically, larger pictures print more clearly on the finished project. Contact me for more details about specific projects.

5) How should I wash my finished shirt?

  • For best results, wash garment before wearing
  • Turn garment inside out
  • Wash garment separately from others (first time only)
  • Machine wash cold; do not dry clean
  • Color-safe detergent
  • No chlorine bleach
  • Remove promptly from washer. Colors may bleed if left wet too long. If bleeding occurs, rewash immediately
  • Tumble dry low
  • Do not iron on the transferred image. If garment needs ironing, cover transferred image with paper backing or ironing paper before ironing.

6) Why can't you make a transfer with Thomas, Elmo, or other licensed characters?

Licensed characters are trademarked, and it would cost a small fortune to obtain rights to use all of these characters. Using these characters without a license would infringe on their copyrights and would break the law.

7) How do I assemble my gift bags?

After filling the bag, simply staple the tag to the top of the bag. The top of the bag can be folded over first, if desired.

8) Do grab bags come pre-filled?

No, I simply design and create the bags. You are free to fill the bags with whatever you desire.

9) Where you do get your graphics?

I get some of my graphics from pcCrafter.com. All other graphics, I design myself, using a variety of media.
